Shipping

All My Hairdresser Online Orders are shipped Australia wide and to selected countries from our home base in Sydney. Please check your delivery details, any orders sent to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense. If you have noticed any problems with your order, please contact us immediately at info@myhdhair.com

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packed and processed next business day.

Shipping methods

All our orders are shipped by Australia Post via Regular or Express Post.

Regular Post: received in 3-10 business days. Trackable. Can be delivered to PO BOXES.
Express Post: received in 1-5 business days. Trackable. Can be delivered to PO BOXES.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email where you can track your order. If you haven't received your shipping email give us a bell at info@myhdhair.com

Dangerous Goods

All 30 and 40 Volume Developer Products must be shipped by Road Only which can alter estimated delivery particularly if you live in South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and rural areas.

International Customers

G'day! We only ship to select countries, which you will find during checkout. We're working on bringing My Hairdresser to all corners of the globe, if you want us to ship to your neck of the woods — contact us!

For those of you lucky ones, International shipping varies based on location and weight and we'll also need an autograph upon arrival. Estimated shipping is around 3-10 business days.

International orders may incur some cheeky customs or local charges once your order reaches your side of the globe.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges and if you refuse to pay the charges, your parcel could be abandoned. We do not accept returns or refunds due to this.

Returns

We're sorry that you don't love your My Hairdresser Products. If you want to return them, please email our team info@myhdhair.com to get your return started. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and returned in the same condition as it left us. Damaged Products will not be accepted. Make sure to include a printout of your order confirmation, so we know it's you.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Developers, Toner Kits or Colour Remover returns.

All approved returns will be credited back via the payment method you used to purchase.

Are the Colour swatches true to life?

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the Colours of our Products. However, Colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee every monitor's display will be accurate.
